Motivation Testing
We use the Kenexa Motivation Questionnaire which indicates the factors that motivate individuals in the workplace and is an excellent tool for employee retention, appraisals and general guidance. It indicates motivational drivers that are both favourable and unfavourable and includes comparing the motivating factors with various norm groups. The tool provides an excellent discussion document for employee appraisals and is based on extensive research, job analysis, interviews and validation studies
Occupational Personality Inventory (OPI)
Used as a recruitment and management selection tool the OPI measures a total of 25 personality factors and provides insight into a wide range of management competencies. It is an excellent tool for both management and graduate selection and we recommend its use as the backbone of an assessment centre. The report offers detailed and easy to read feedback for continuous development.
