We work with a handful of testing providers, all of which have been audited by the British Psychological Society.  All of the tests that we offer compare the delegates scores with to the most relevant norm groups (average standard of achievement on particular socioeconomic groups) that you require.  The tests typically also compare against the UK working population as a whole and together with personality trait based psychometric testing can form a powerful and extremely robust selection tool.

Whilst our best selling products are verbal and numerical reasoning we also offer tests for logical and analytical reasoning and specific tests for retail, customer service, sales and the leisure industry. For tests that analyse a wide range of aptitudes we recommend Thomas Internationals TST Tests.  All of the tests that we recommend (except TST) are completed online and randomised to reduce the possibility of cheating.  All our products include telephone consultation with a BPS Level A qualified consultant.

Numerical Reasoning and Verbal Reasoning

Verbal Reasoning Tests analyse how an individual reasons, analyses and interprets a range of information from a series of sources.  Different tests are available for recruitment and selection and we offer tools for graduate recruitment, management selection and general selection.   
 

Numerical Reasoning Tests analyse how an individual interprets numerical information from a range of sources including graphs, chars, tables, financial reports, etc.  As in Verbal Reasoning we offer tests for a range of purposes from graduate recruitment to management selection.

Psychometric Tools offer a range of aptitude tests that measure an individual's ability and capability for reasoning, evaluating and reacting to situations.  

All of the tests that we offer can be taken online though often thy are used as a core element of an assessment centre and are completed in a classroom type environment.
