Thomas International's Personal Profile Analysis, or PPA, gives an indication of the  personality traits of the person that they are looking to employ.  

Based upon the DISC psychometric structure the tool is considered to be both quick and effective for pre-selection and as a guide for selection.  

The Disc profile will indicate the following four personality traits:

Dominance  - decisiveness, determination, self-assuredness, assertiveness, drive, forcefulness

Influence - Interpersonal skills, gregariousness, persuasive ability, sociability, friendliness, affability, intuitive,

Steadiness (pace) - restlessness, innovation, energy,  reliability, ability to perform repetitive tasks, steadfastness

Compliance - meticulousness, ability to comply, rules orientation

The tool can also be used together with the job profile to provide areas to probe at interview.

Costs range from £60 to £90 per delegate, dependent on numbers and the thoroughness of the report.  A typical report contains:
